RESTORATIONSHere are some photos of one of my recent restorations. This horn was in extremely bad condition and I really had my work cut out for me. This 1921 Buescher Bass Sax was long forgotten under a college stage. Before then, it was abused by students at a South Bay high school. When it was finally finished, man, what a joy to play this old beast! It is a huge sounding horn with a broad dynamic range. |
